What equipment do I need? We know that not everyone always has access to a ton of equipment, so for this program the only equipment you will need are Dumbbells and a Bench.
Would you recommend doing this program at the gym or at home? The only equipment that is necessary are Dumbbells. A bench is recommended but not necessary. I also would recommend you have multiple sets of dumbbells - light, medium, heavy - if you don't have that at home, the gym would be more ideal.
Are the workouts on specific days of the week? We know that a lot of people need flexibility with their workouts plans. So, you can complete these weekly workouts whenever fits best for your schedule.
What are the workouts like?: Each week you will have three 30-minute workouts. These workouts are meant to burn fat and build muscle. Each week there is a Full Body, Lower Body, and Upper Body workout than includes some High Intensity Training and Strength Training. These workouts were filmed specifically for this group. You will pull up your phone, tablet, or computer, then click a link, and be coached by me personally.
Where can I do these workouts? You only need a set of Dumbbells and a Bench. You can do them at your home, your gym, your anywhere. You can do them in a hotel room. And you can do them on any day of the week as long as you get in all 3!
